AI assistant for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger

It answers from your own prices, hours and rules, in the customer's language. It books, labels the lead and moves the deal. When something needs a person, or your approval, it stops and asks.

  • English, Urdu, Roman Urdu
  • Voice notes in and out
  • Works with Anthropic, OpenAI and Google models
The Needs you list with three requests, ordered by deadline: approve moving Ayesha to Saturday 11:00 with Dr. Sana, 58 minutes left; choose a doctor for Anaya's first visit, 3 hours 10 minutes left; answer whether parking is free on Saturdays, 1 day 4 hours left.
The open request: the assistant needs you to choose which doctor sees Anaya on her first visit. Rabia Saleem asked for a Saturday consultation, Dr. Sana and Dr. Amara are both free at 15:30, and your instructions don't say who sees new patients. Dr. Sana is picked, with Send this answer; 3 hours 10 minutes left. If nobody answers, the chat goes to a person.

One request, start to finish

A customer asks to move her appointment at 22:14

At 22:14 Ayesha asks on WhatsApp to move her Thursday 3pm appointment to Saturday. The clinic is closed and the assistant is set to answer outside business hours.
The assistant reads her booking, finds Saturday 11:00 and 15:30 free, reads your instruction that changes are free up to 24 hours before, and sees your rule that moving a booking needs approval.
The proposed move appears in Needs you for an admin to approve or decline. Waiting costs nothing. Ayesha is told the assistant will check and come back.
After approval at 22:31 the booking is moved, Ayesha is told "Ho gaya. Saturday 11:00, Dr. Sana.", and her reminder moves with it. Each step is in the activity record.

01: IT SPEAKS LIKE YOUR CUSTOMERS

Voice notes, photos and Roman Urdu are normal here

A lot of enquiries arrive as a 40-second voice note or a photo of the problem. The assistant hears the voice note and writes it out word for word, so your team can read it later and search it. It looks at a photo and describes it. Then it replies in the language the customer used: English, Urdu or Roman Urdu.

You can also have voice notes written out and photos described when the assistant is switched off, at night or on a chat your team is handling. Your team reads the note instead of playing it, and the assistant has the context if it picks the chat up later.

  • Voice replies, when the customer wants them

If someone asks for voice, it answers with a voice note in an Urdu or English voice and stays in voice until they switch back. The chat keeps the customer's own spelling, while the Urdu voice reads the same words in Urdu script so they sound right. If a voice can't be made, the reply goes as text.

  • It knows which ad they clicked

The assistant reads the whole ad the customer tapped, and is told not to promise anything the ad doesn't say.

  • Your words, not a script

You write its instructions: prices, policies, what it must never promise. Longer playbooks can be set to load only when they matter, so every reply stays short and on point.

Replied in the language he wrote in

Bilal Ahmed sends a photo on WhatsApp at 16:22 asking in Roman Urdu whether a rash after a peel is normal. Under the photo, the assistant's description: redness and small raised spots on the inner forearm, about the size of a palm, no open skin visible.
The assistant answers another of Bilal's voice notes with a 9-second voice reply in an Urdu voice: Saturday 11:00 and 3:30 are free, and parking is behind the building. The words it spoke stay in the chat as text.

02: IT DOES THE WORK, THEN REPORTS IT

It books, labels and updates, and you can read every step

The assistant uses the same tools your team does. It finds free times and books, moves or cancels appointments. It adds contacts, tags, notes and deals. It sends your saved quick replies with their photos and documents exactly as you prepared them. You switch each group of tools on or off for each assistant, and mass broadcast sending starts switched off.

Every chat it handles has a plain-language record. The Story view opens with its own one-line summary, then what it was asked, what it checked, what it changed and what it said: "Made a booking · Hydrafacial · Sat 11:00", "Labelled the lead Hot". If a step failed, it says so.

  • It never repeats an action

If the system is interrupted mid-chat, actions already done, such as a booking, are not done again. Two copies of the assistant can never both answer the same customer.

  • A live chat is never left hanging

If a step ends without a reply, the assistant sends one closing message that says what it did.

  • One budget, with warnings

A monthly AI budget covers every AI feature. You get a warning at 90%, a short grace allowance after 100%, and the AI stops at 110% until next month or until the budget is raised.

The activity Story view for one chat: the assistant read Ayesha's voice note, checked free times for Saturday, made a booking for a Hydrafacial at Saturday 11:00, labelled the lead Hot because she asked the price and a Saturday slot, and replied. Finished in 12 seconds.
The assistant's tools: Bookings, Contacts, Deals and Quick replies are on, with bookings asking first; Broadcasts is off, because mass sending starts switched off. Anything that can't be undone always asks first.
The monthly AI budget, covering every AI feature, is 62% used. You get a warning at 90%, a short grace allowance after 100%, and the AI stops at 110% until next month or until the budget is raised.

03: YOU DECIDE WHEN IT ANSWERS

Nights only, or all day

Most businesses start with nights and weekends. Times follow your own timezone and opening hours, weekday by weekday. Messages that arrive while it is off wait in Needs attention for your team, and a chat it already started can finish after hours.

  • Always

Answers every message the moment it arrives. A person can take over any chat with one click.

  • Most common

    Only when you're closed

Off-hours messages get an answer. Daytime messages wait for your team.

  • Set hours

Pick the days and times, weekday by weekday. Overnight shifts work too.

You can run one assistant per channel, so Instagram can have a different voice from WhatsApp, and a team member's own number can have its own.

04: IT ASKS BEFORE IT ACTS

Silence is never read as a yes

Choose which actions need your approval. The assistant stops, puts the exact action in Needs you, and waits without spending anything. Every request has a deadline between one hour and a week. If nobody answers, the action does not happen, and a live chat goes to a person.

Anything that can't be undone always asks, whatever the settings say.

A Needs you request: the Front desk assistant asks to cancel Zara Imran's chemical peel on Monday 16 November at 16:00 with Dr. Amara, because your rule says cancelling a booking needs approval. Approve or Decline, 2 hours 40 minutes left. If nobody answers, nothing is cancelled.

05: IT CAN START ON ITS OWN

Monday chases and follow-ups, written in plain words

Give it a job in plain words: every Monday, find deals that haven't moved in 14 days and draft a follow-up for each. It can run on a schedule, once at a time you pick, or when something happens: a new contact, a deal moving stage, a booking completed.

AI that works on its own

A trigger that runs every Monday at 09:00. Preview: 12 contacts would get a message. Skipped: 2 said STOP, 1 is on a private number, 1 is mid-chat. It waits for your business hours, at most 500 per run.

The honest part

What it won't do

  • Reply after Meta's 24 hours

On Instagram and Messenger, free replies stop 24 hours after the customer's last message. WhatsApp can continue with an approved template.

  • Read medical records

In the clinic edition the assistant has no tool that can open a clinical record.

  • Send your suggested replies by itself

A suggestion in the inbox is a draft. A person presses send.

  • Answer a chat your team owns

Once a person takes a chat over, it stays quiet there until someone hands it back.

  • Run past your budget

At the limit, the AI stops until next month or until you raise it.

  • Reply with a voice note on website chat or email

Voice replies work on WhatsApp, your own number, Instagram and Messenger.

Questions about the AI assistant

Asked before every setup

Which AI models does it use?

You choose. It works with Anthropic, OpenAI and Google models, and each assistant can have a backup model that answers if the main one is down or slow. A backup never takes over halfway through a task, so nothing is done twice.

What happens if the AI provider is down?

If a backup model is set, it answers. If no model can answer, the chat is flagged Needs attention with a note saying why, the same as a handoff, so your team sees it.

Can it reply to my staff's own numbers by mistake?

Add their numbers to the excluded list. Their messages are still saved and shown, but the AI does not reply to them, label them or transcribe them, and you can hide those chats from the inbox.

How do I see what it said to a customer?

Open the chat, or open Activity. Every chat it handled is listed, and each one reads as a short story of what it checked, changed and said.

Can it book into my calendar?

Yes, with the booking tools switched on. It uses the same free slots your staff and your public booking page see, so it never offers a time that is taken.
